- Completed:December 2018
This stylish kitchen extension in Stratford-upon-Avon, was completed just before Christmas 2018. Due to the nature of the property and materials, many challenges had to be deftly negiotated in order to open up the rear perspective of the house. The size of horizontal steel specified was so great that it firstly required the two vertical steels to be affixed, sitting on two seperate one metre square concrete pads, consequently meaning the execution of this had to be completed to mm perfection.
The kitchen now exudes the wow factor that our client had dreamed of and fully delivered their expectation to reality. Stylishly, the kitchen worktops are finished with a glistening white quartz and the centre island is not only aesthetically pleasing, but space saving and practical. Also installed is a boiling water tap, a popular modern feature for any contemporary kitchen. The rear of the garage has been converted into a seperate utility and W.C and a warm deck roof added to the entire garage roof, providing for a more energy efficient insulation solution.
Thank you to my clients, who have been brilliant throughout the project, keeping us going with tea and coffee throughout the renovations. Additional thanks to our sub-contractors who have professionally and skillfully delivered another top class project.
